SWEET POTATO, GINGER & MISO SOUP W/ GREEK YOGHURT & DUKKAH SPICE SWEET POTATO, GINGER & MISO SOUP W/ GREEK YOGHURT & DUKKAH SPICE
  • Microwave soup on high for 2 minutes, 30 seconds, or until just heated through. Stir to distribute heat evenly.
  • Toast bread until lightly golden, and then spread with butter.
  • Spoon soup into serving bowl, and then top with yoghurt and sprinkle with dukkah spice.
  • Serve toast alongside and enjoy.
