PART PREPARATION DISH

  • Brush tuna with olive oil and season with salt.
  • Heat frying pan or grill plate until hot. Add tuna and cook until golden on both sides, but still a little rare in the middle.
  • Meanwhile, microwave vegetables on high for 1 minute or until just heated through.
  • Place tuna on serving plate and spoon vegetables alongside.
  • Spoon romesco sauce over fish and vegetables, give a squeeze of lemon and enjoy.
