The Meals

We use your personal profile to calculate your daily energy requirements. Then we match this with one of our 6 meal plans. These range from 1,350 calories per day to 2,300 calories per day. We recommend that whenever your weight changes by ±5kg you should update your personal profile. It is likely that our recommendation for your meal plan will change.

We encourage you to always serve your meals on a plate. This is to help you familiarise yourself with the portion size that’ s suitable for you and encourage you to be more mindful about the food that you are eating. We also suggest that you always try to share a meal with a friend. After all, eating is one of the most social activities that we all engage in.

All our meal packaging is made from predominantly recycled materials using 100% renewable energy and is fully recyclable. Our delivery boxes are fully recyclable and will survive a significant number of deliveries. Our ice-packs are also reusable. We also recognise that you play an important role in helping us to reuse and recycle these items to reduce our environmental footprint.

We recommend that you refer to the individual meal instructions for best results.

You should keep all of your meals in the fridge until you’ re ready to enjoy them. We will provide you with a menu each week that advises you on the order in which to eat your meals. This is to ensure that you experience each of the meals when they are at their best.

We don’ t recommend soft drinks, cordial, fruit juices, protein shakes, or other such beverages as they are high in calories. Diet soft drinks and diet cordials should also be avoided as it tricks the brain into believing it has had sugar. This can create cravings later.

Water is the best drink for both health and weight loss. Milk consumption needs to be limited if you are targeting daily portion control. Coconut water is another alternative, but with sugar levels ranging from 3-5% you can quickly consume more dietary sugar than is recommended.
